Provider — How World Camps Works

Your Plan and What It Unlocks

Updated 4 Sept 2026

Plans on World Camps are set per camp, not per account — if you run several camps, each can be on a different plan.

The plans

  • Free Listing — your camp has a public profile, but you can't take booking requests or payments through it yet.
  • Marketplace Partner — you can take booking requests and payments through World Camps. Our commission applies to bookings made this way.
  • Pro / Premium — the same, plus you can take payment your own way (bank transfer, your own payment link, or on arrival), link to your own website, and see how families discover your camp. Premium adds Featured placement across discovery, the Insights section with deeper analytics and data export, and more seats (10 vs 3), videos (3 vs 1) and photos (unlimited vs 50).

What changes as you move up

  • Booking requests and payments: locked on Free Listing. Marketplace Partner is payment-enabled; Pro and Premium can take requests, payments, or both.
  • Reading messages from families: always on, on every plan.
  • Replying to families: needs an active plan (Marketplace Partner or above) — Free Listing can read but not reply.
  • Publishing sessions without the Child safety confirmation: Pro and Premium skip that step; every other plan needs it.
  • AI reply drafts: included on Pro and Premium, 25 a month on Marketplace Partner, none on Free Listing.
  • Photos and videos: higher limits on paid plans.
  • Managing discounts and add-ons: available once your camp can accept payments through World Camps — a plan alone isn't enough, the camp has to be payment-enabled.

Locked, not hidden

Wherever a feature needs a higher plan, you'll still see it — just locked, with what it takes to unlock it. We never hide a feature entirely or quietly swap it for something else; you always know what's available and what upgrading would give you.

Where to see your plan

Your Plan & billing page (Business → Plan & billing) shows each camp's plan, price and renewal date — one card per camp.
