Learn more about our German language summer program in Düsseldorf! The school Our students are guests in the Düsseldorf City Hostel, a high-quality facility located on the banks of the Rhine River. Our classes take place in the attractive and bright seminar rooms of the hostel, which are all equipped with up-to-date technology. As our students are housed in the same building, they don’t need to leave the premises to get to class, but can conveniently walk there from their rooms.

Cours de langues
In Düsseldorf, the Humboldt-Institut offers German courses for teenagers during the summer. Every week from Monday to Friday, 30 lessons are taught in small classes. The lessons and the learning content are specially adapted to the age group of teenagers. Through varied forms of learning and a high proportion of speaking, our teachers motivate all students to actively participate in the lessons.
The summer courses in Düsseldorf are offered as a complete package including accommodation, full board, daily leisure activities and excursions.

Hébergement et installations
The hostel is only a few years old and offers high-quality furnishings. Our students stay exclusively in comfortable, modern twin rooms, which all have en-suite bathrooms.
Nous choisissons avec soin les étudiants qui partageront une chambre entre eux. Nous prenons soin de jumeler des colocataires qui ont un niveau d'allemand comparable et un âge similaire, mais dont la langue maternelle est différente. De cette façon, nous les encourageons à parler et à pratiquer l'allemand entre eux en dehors de la classe. Les garçons et les filles sont logés séparément.
Nos élèves reçoivent trois repas par jour (petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner).
Un service de blanchisserie est proposé gratuitement à tous les étudiants une fois par semaine pour leur linge personnel. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis et changés régulièrement.
