Treasure Island Group has been running outdoor programmes from Pui O Beach on Lantau Island since 1996, when founder Adrienne Ng started out with mobile adventure sessions around the island. The team moved into its beachfront facilities and built its own campground in 2004, ran its first surf camp there in 2005, and added the TIG Eco-Adventures Foundation and TIG Farm in 2009. Today the group combines children's surf and adventure camps with school outdoor education programmes, corporate team building, watersports lessons and rentals, cabana and camping stays and the Beach Club restaurant, and says it has welcomed more than 150,000 young adventurers over three decades.
