Overview
Moiwa Leadership Bootcamp is a one-of-a-kind summer program designed to nurture tomorrow’s changemakers. Hosted in Niseko, Japan—one of the world’s most beautiful destinations—our camp blends entrepreneurship education, leadership development, and outdoor adventure in a safe and supportive environment.
Campers dive into innovation and problem-solving workshops, pitch their own startup ideas, and collaborate with peers from around the world. Beyond academics, they enjoy hiking, cultural experiences, team challenges, and
sports surrounded by Hokkaido’s natural beauty.
With expert mentors, international staff, and small group sizes, every camper receives personalized guidance. The program equips youth not only with skills for the future but also with lifelong friendships and confidence to
lead.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF RISKS • I am fully aware that snow activity is an inherently hazardous and dangerous activity that can result in harm, loss,damage, personal injuries, or death. • I am further fully aware that the risk of participation in snow activity, include but are not limited to, impact or collision with other participants or spectators; personal injury including bruises, abrasions, broken bones, paralysis, head injuries, Internal injuries; death; property damage and loss of property. • I voluntary assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death that may be sustained by me, or any loss of or damage to property owned by me, as a result of being engaged in this activity. • I agree to indemnify and save harmless the releasees from all loss, damage and expense of any kind or character arising out of injury, death, damage or loss sustained by me due to participation in this activity.BOOKING POLICY • All camp prices are priced in JP Yen and include applicable taxes. • All children registering for lessons and activities must have parent’s consent. • All services must be paid in advance at the time of booking. • Guests who cancel within 48 hours of the date of activity will be charged the full fees. • Guests who have purchased their lessons through a travel agency or tour operator must request cancellation through those sources, which invariably have different cancellation and refund conditions. As such we cannot process such refund requests. • Refunds will only be considered in the following situations: – Weather conditions preventing operation of all lifts. – Mechanical failure preventing operation of all lifts. – Injury or illness (A Doctor’s note must be provided) Program content, schedule, and participating instructors are subject to change. While we strive to deliver all advertised activities and sessions, adjustments may be made due to weather conditions, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants and guardians as early as possible.
Each group of campers is assigned dedicated mentors and activity leaders. Program directors oversee academics and activities, while residential staff ensure safety and wellbeing throughout the day and night.
Our team includes experienced educators, youth mentors, and outdoor activity leaders. Staff are selected for their teaching, leadership, and intercultural communication skills. Main instructors holds Ph.D or MA degrees, long term experience in youth development, and professional outdoor instructors.
Yes. All staff undergo reference checks, interviews, and criminal background screening before being hired.
Staff participate in pre-camp training covering first aid, child safety, emergency response, cultural sensitivity, and program delivery. Continuous development and feedback are provided during the camp.
We welcome campers and staff from around the world. Our program fosters respect, collaboration, and cultural exchange. Diversity training is included in staff preparation, and all campers are supported equally.
We maintain clear rules for respectful behavior, teamwork, and safety. Zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, or unsafe behavior. Outdoor and academic activities are supervised, with protocols for emergencies and risk management.
Mobile phones are allowed but limited to evening use only. This encourages full participation in activities and social interaction during the day.
