Medical Information and Checkout

Updated 4 Sept 2026

If your child has allergies, a dietary restriction, medication, or a medical condition on file, you may see an extra confirmation step when you book.

When the confirmation appears

The checkbox only appears when a child you're booking for has real medical information saved on their profile — an allergy, a dietary restriction, a medication, or a medical condition. If a child's profile has none of these (or you've explicitly marked "none"), you won't see this step at all — there is nothing for a camp to act on.

What it asks

At the review step, you'll be asked to confirm that the medical information on file for that child is still current. This is a quick check, not a new form — you can tap "Review medical info" to see exactly what's saved before confirming.

If anything has changed, tap "Edit" to update it before you confirm your booking. A camp only ever sees what you've confirmed is accurate.

Why you don't see this every time

If you've saved or confirmed your child's medical information within the last 12 months, it counts as current and you won't be asked to re-confirm it at checkout. You'll only see the checkbox again once that information is more than 12 months old, so the camp always has a reasonably recent confirmation on file.

What the camp sees, and when

A camp only sees a child's medical, dietary, and emergency-contact information after they accept your booking, and only while the booking is active — never before. See "How We Protect Your Family's Data" for the full picture of what's shared and when.
