Cancellation Policy and Prepayment: 1. The full payment for the Camp ticket is non-refundable if the person for whom the Camp ticket is issued does not attend the Camp for any reason and fails to notify the Organizer in advance according to the procedure set out in the contract (i.e., more than 15 calendar days before the Camp starts). The full payment is also non-refundable if the Participant voluntarily chooses not to participate in the Camp or its activities during the Camp. 2. An exception for a 30% refund applies only in the case of the Participant’s illness or injury, which prevents them from attending the Camp, provided the Organizer is informed no later than 15 working days before the Camp starts. If the Participant cannot attend due to illness or injury, they must provide a medical document confirming this. In such cases, 30% of the full ticket amount paid will be refunded according to the contract signed with the Organizer. The remaining 70% of the full ticket amount remains with the Organizer to cover minimal organizational costs associated with the Camp (including, but not limited to, pre-booked entertainment, educational programs, meals, payments to Camp instructors and leaders, and other expenses) and is non-refundable to the Client.

The campsite is located in a unique area of the Seaside Regional Park. The территории is monitored by cameras. At night, the entire campsite is illuminated and under video surveillance. The buildings are equipped with alarm systems and smoke detectors. In case of an incident, emergency services are always called: ambulance, police, and fire brigade.

Camp leaders act as companions to the children, while the camp administration serves as support staff for the campers.

The children’s camp is led by group leaders, with one leader for every 10 children. English is taught by English language teachers. The activities of the group leaders are supervised and supported by a coordinators of leaders. All camp activities are coordinated by the camp director.

Main requirements for group leaders:

Group leader trainings are conducted every year. All staff are trained in first aid and paramedic courses.

Children choose activities, educational sessions, and programs on the first day. If a choice proves unsuitable for the child’s abilities, they can change their selection during the camp. Teamwork, group presentations, and outdoor activities engage children effectively in camp activities.

Code of conduct and safety rules at the campsite:
No smoking, no alcohol, no use of psychoactive substances. Leaving the campsite without the leaders’ knowledge is not allowed. Swimming in the sea is permitted only under the supervision of leaders and adults. Activities at the campfire area take place only under a leader’s supervision. Bullying is actively prevented, and if it occurs, the situation is addressed immediately. Campers must observe the established quiet hours at the campsite. Use of phones is restricted.
