Panoramica
Oxford Summer Courses offre interessanti programmi estivi di 2 o 4 settimane in oltre 40 materie per studenti di età compresa tra i 13 e i 24 anni a Cambridge*. Approfondite gli argomenti che amate, guidati da un tutor esperto, insieme a studenti provenienti da tutto il mondo e ospitati in un college dell'Università di Cambridge.
Grazie alle dimensioni ridotte delle classi, l'insegnamento può essere adattato ai vostri interessi e le lezioni sono concepite per mettere in discussione le vostre prospettive e sviluppare nuovi modi di pensare attraverso il dibattito e la discussione. I nostri corsi sono liberi dalle restrizioni di un programma prestabilito o di esami, ma vi aiutano a esplorare le vostre passioni e a impegnarvi realmente nella materia. Questo stile di insegnamento rispecchia quello utilizzato dalle università di Oxford e Cambridge, che sono famose per il loro rapido sviluppo e per la loro attenzione alle capacità di pensiero indipendente e critico. Gli studenti partecipano a una serie di attività durante il corso, che possono includere sport, giochi, una visita locale o un evento organizzato presso il college. Ci sono anche escursioni settimanali fuori città, che possono includere visite a siti storici del Regno Unito o a Londra (queste variano a seconda della settimana, della località e della fascia d'età). Inoltre, agli studenti più grandi viene concesso del tempo libero per esplorare la città in gruppo.
Tutti gli studenti partecipano alle cene universitarie formali del venerdì sera e ricevono una cerimonia di laurea l'ultimo venerdì del loro corso per celebrare i loro progressi.

Per gli studenti di età compresa tra 13 e 25 anni, questo è il Fitzwilliam College Gli studenti di 16-17 anni soggiornano al Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge Gli studenti di età compresa tra 18 e 24 anni soggiornano a Corpus Christie, Cambridge I corsi sono disponibile anche a Oxford.

Best of all summer camps so far!
This is the 4th Summer Camp for our daughter and the 1st time with Oxford Summer Courses and by far the best! She was positively gushing over the phone every two days what a great time she was having! Her Chemistry tutor was excellent and she is even more encouraged that this her subject of choice for studying at Uni. She had a good time in class but also had fun with all the organised activities and trips. She particularly enjoyed the day trip to London and the outdoor Shakespeare theatre evening! Highly recommend!
A wonderful summer course experience
As Shreyansh mentioned to me he enjoyed the course thoroughly. Seminars were great and the activities were engaging. He also enjoyed company of other students and could manage to make great friends. We recommend the course for other students which will definitely help in profile building for prospective students.
My daughter attended Oxford Summer Courses and loved it! From the academics to the excursions to the connections she developed with people from around the world, she considered this a once in a lifetime experience. She was literally crying when we picked her up – she didn’t want to leave, and she had made many best friends for life. I highly recommend this program for any young person looking to expand her mind intellectually, socially, and culturally.
