Summer Passport is run by The American School in Japan on its Chofu campus in western Tokyo, where the programme has been part of the school's summer learning for thirty years. It is staffed and administered by the school itself, with Matt Yanko as programme director and Debi Yoshimura handling registration and course selection, and a dedicated transportation office managing the bus service.
