The Int. British Theatre School is a UK company founded in 2018 by director Ben Whiteside, built on the idea of sending working actors to students rather than making families travel for training. Its team of 16 teachers, all professional performers and childcare workers whose Spotlight profiles are published for parents to check, now teaches over 1,500 students a year in more than 25 locations, supported by a small year-round office team. Staff are recruited through a two-stage interview, hold Enhanced DBS checks and safeguarding training, and the company is OFSTED registered in the UK.
