For a genuinely immersive experience, our students stay with local hosts selected according to British Council criteria, for their friendliness, warm hospitality and their genuine interest in hosting our students. Some are within walking distance and most a short bus ride away in Weymouth and Portland. You’ll be the only guest of your language in the home, WEC uses the Weymouth College campus that is a mere 5-minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the town centre is the perfect location for English lessons. The college holds multiple sports facilities for activities and games and a canteen ideal for refuelling after a morning of classes. Our campus offers spacious classrooms, hot lunch at the onsite canteen, a relaxation area, sports hall, football pitch, dance studio and theatre.
