Refund Policy Refunds are given for the following reasons: 1. Course is not running. In this case a full refund will be given 2. Visa refusal letter is received by five working days before the course starts and the student has fulfilled all visa criteria. How they are processed Refunds will be sent to the individual or organisation from which the original payment was received within 28 days of the refund letter being issued. Cancellation Policy All deposits, once received, are non-refundable. All cancellations must be received in writing to Prince Bishop International Summer School. Prince Bishop International Summer School and Lisa McGee Education Ltd define cancellation as the period before the course starts. If the course is cancelled more than 28 days prior to its start date, 95% fees will be refunded but there will be no refund of deposit. If the course is cancelled 28 days prior to its start date, 75% fees will be refunded but there will be no refund of deposit. If the course is cancelled 14 days prior to its start date, 50% fees will be refunded but there will be no refund of deposit. If the course is cancelled less than 14 days prior to its start date , no fees will be refunded. Withdrawal Policy All deposits, once received, are non-refundable. Prince Bishop International Summer School defines withdrawal as termination of the course after the course has started. All withdrawals must be received in writing to Prince Bishop International Summer School. No refund will be given if a decision is made to withdraw from the course after the course start date.

Director and Deputy Director are both DSL trained and they oversee all staff. Teachers are all very experienced with lots of Senior Leadership training and roles and can manage and direct Camp Leaders. Coaches are very highly qualified and can manage and direct Camp Leaders. ll staff follow strict protocols ; strict training regimes and communicate with radios at all time to ensure safety; smooth transitions and full supervision of children at all times.

All staff have full enhanced DBS.
All staff have First Aid Training.
All staff have both relevant qualifications and experience for their role.
Some staff have further and higher qualifications , eg UEFA A License; Masters in Education; Lifeguarding.

As well as Enhanced DBS checks , annually al staff must provide references for character and work as part of our Safer Recruitment Policy.
We work only with staff we know and have worked with for many years.

Staff training is blended, with both in person and online training provided by DSLs ; SENDcos ; high level coaching companies; DSL training with Psychlogical specialists in First Aid and Mental Health First Aid.

Strictly adhere to our Policy and British Law.

Code of conduct is signed by staff and children and monitored by Director and Deputy Director. This align with all of our policies.

Mobile phones may be used at given times for: contacting home; taken photos with permission(e.g. on trips) but they are kept safe at all times and at the owner’s discretion. We are not responsible for any damage or losses .
