• Accommodation in a private property
• Villa with full board including a varied and balanced menu, snacks, with the ability to accomodate special diets for allergies and intolerances or diets for any special needs;
• Sports activities and games (excluding external sports activities);
• Excursions and camp out, with the possibility of spending a night in a tent or hut, a fundamental experience in the children’s developmental path;
• Qualified counsellors and assistance day and night; 24-hour health care;
• A pediatric medical examination, if necessary;
• Possibility of small laundry services;

In case of cancellation the participant must pay: 50% of the fee if the withdrawal is communicated in writing up to 30 days before the beginning of the stay or 100% of the fee if the withdrawal is communicated in writing after that date.

Managers are always present at the facility for the entire duration of the Camp.

The counsellors follow the children all day, from wake-up time to bedtime, and during the night they will sleep on the same floor as participants of their own group, often right beside in the next room. An exception is for counsellors of the youngest group (6-8 years old) who will sleep in the room with the children. This makes it possible to ensure constant assistance even at night.

Each year we welcome staff members coming from countries all over the world and with diverse qualifications: such as mother tongue English teachers, Celta, IELTS, TOEFL or similar certified teachers, P.E. and Science tutors, Sport tutors and mountain-lovers with previous summer camp experience.

A Criminal Record Certificate is a prerequisite without which we do not hire our counsellors.

Each year we work with counsellors we have known for a long time. As for new staff members, they are selected through careful interviews and receive manuals and materials to prepare themselves in the best possible way. Before the Camp begins, an online training is done and finally with all the information gathered we very carefully decide, based on each person’s skills and experience, the pairs of counsellors who will work together; this way, a new member is always associated with an experienced one.

Our Camp is purpose-built to promote diversity and inclusion at all levels!

The staff and kids come from all over the world and enjoy the wonderful Camp experience by living all together and sharing every moment as one big community.

We are very attentive to safety and respect for rules. Our counsellors are always very careful to the mental and physical well-being of the participants, preventing unpleasant and dangerous situations.

In terms of food, we are also always mindful: the kitchen is in-house, so we have no problems with accommodating special diets for allergies and intolerances or diets for any special needs.

Our Rules and Regulations can be downloaded from the Download Area of our website and must be approved by the parents at the time of enrollment.

During the children’s stay at the camp, their mobile phones will always be kept and charged in the secretary’s office. Participants will only be able to use them to call home one hour per day, between about 8 p.m. and 9 p.m., after dinner and before the evening activities. We believe that this policy of ours is essential to ensure that the children can enjoy themselves and learn fully during their holiday, without distractions and in complete safety.

In case of emergency, it will be our concern to establish immediate telephone contact with the parents.
