Overview
EMS Language Centre’s Winter and Summer Camps offer young learners the opportunity to study English, explore Malaysia, and make international friends in a safe and supportive environment. Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, our centre has been welcoming students from across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond for over 15 years.
Our camps are designed to go beyond the classroom. Students develop their English communication skills through engaging lessons and then put them into practice during cultural excursions, social activities, and team challenges. Every day is filled with opportunities to learn, discover, and grow — from improving speaking confidence to experiencing Malaysia’s vibrant culture and traditions.
What makes EMS unique is the balance between structured learning and real-world immersion. Participants return home not only with stronger English, but also with valuable life skills such as independence, teamwork, and global awareness. With experienced teachers, international classmates, and a truly multicultural setting, EMS camps are a memorable journey that inspires students long after they return home.

Language lessons
Language lessons at EMS Camps are designed to be interactive, practical, and confidence-building. Students don’t just study grammar and vocabulary — they use English every day through speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities.
Each student completes a placement test on arrival to join the right level. Lessons are taught using the Cambridge Empower curriculum, which combines clear learning goals with engaging materials suited for young learners.
Classes include 15–20 hours per week, taught in small groups to ensure individual attention. Teachers use role-plays, group projects, debates, and presentations to make learning dynamic and fun. The focus is always on real communication so students leave camp able to speak and understand English with greater confidence.
At the end of the camp, every participant receives a progress report and certificate of completion, celebrating their improvement and achievements.
