Activities are a major highlight of BSC International Summer School.
1) Teenagers can choose Academy programmes that let them explore or develop their talents:
Teen Academies (choice of one or two):
Intensive English – for students who want faster progress;
Creative Arts – drawing, painting, ceramics, sculpture; final exhibition;
Performing Arts – music, theatre, dance, improvisation, mime, puppetry;
Multi-Activity – combine a variety of sports with artistic activites;

BSC International Summer School offers a well-structured academic programme that focuses on real, practical progress in English while giving students a taste of life in one of the UK’s most respected boarding schools. All students are assessed on arrival and placed in small classes (maximum 16 students) at the right level for their ability. Lessons are themed, modern, and designed to help students use English naturally and confidently in real-life situations. Students follow age-appropriate learning pathways, ensuring your teenager is surrounded by students of a similar maturity and ability.
The programme is delivered by Experio English, a British Council–accredited provider—something that gives parents confidence in high teaching standards and safe educational practices.

Typical weekly rhythm includes:
Morning: English lessons every weekday.
Afternoons: choice of specialised Academies (3 days/week):

Students are welcome to bring mobile phones, but usage is sensibly managed to help them stay focused, safe and socially engaged. Phones may be used freely during designated free-time periods—such as before breakfast, in the residence, and after evening activities—but not during lessons, afternoon sessions, excursions (except for photos), or organised evening events. Staff remind students if usage becomes distracting, and in rare cases may hold a phone temporarily to support positive behaviour. WiFi is available campus-wide, and parents are encouraged to contact their child during suitable free-time hours, with staff always available for urgent communication.
