Our goal is to ensure a fair and supportive refund policy for participants in our extracurricular program. Please review the following guidelines: Full Refund: If you withdraw at least two weeks prior to the program’s start date, you are eligible for a full refund. 50% Refund: If you withdraw after attending the first session, a 50% refund will be granted. No Refund: No refunds are available if you attend two or more sessions. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented illness, family emergencies, or other significant life events. Since our camp is held online, we don’t have a strict mobile phone policy. However, we do expect students to be fully engaged and actively participating during all camp sessions to get the most out of the experience.
