- Takes your child to the check-in counter and completes the check-in process.
- Accompanies them to security.
- If Unaccompanied Minor services have been pre-arranged with the airline, our team member will hand your child over to the airline representative.
- Unless we are notified otherwise, this service will automatically be supplied and invoiced.

Payment & Registration
A deposit of 50% is payable at the time of registration. Choices International must receive the balance of fees at least 6 weeks before the scheduled course start date. Bookings made within 6 weeks of the start date must be paid in full at the time of registration.
For UK programmes, Choices International accepts payment only in sterling. When making a payment, please include the following details:
- Full name of the course participant
- Course and start date
- Specify whether the payment is for the deposit or the balance of fees
The signatory of the registration form confirms that they have read and understood the terms and conditions, including the cancellation and refund policy. They also accept full responsibility for the payment of all course fees.

All payments must be in sterling. Bank charges in the country of origin and in the UK must be covered by the applicant. A receipt or proof of payment must be presented upon arrival in the UK and to the school on the first day of the course.
Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings
- Bookings are accepted only upon receipt of written confirmation from Choices International or its authorized representative.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be received at least 6 weeks before the start date.
- Bookings made within 6 weeks of the start date must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- All payments must be in sterling, and bank charges must be covered by the applicant.
- Arrival and departure details must be provided at least 20 days before the start of the course.
- Choices International reserves the right to cancel or withhold bookings, withdraw services, or charge a 1% monthly fee on unpaid amounts.
- Last-minute bookings require written confirmation and are subject to an additional £75 administration fee for UK programmes.
2. Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing and will be confirmed in writing by Choices International.
- For Individuals:
- Up to 3 months before start date: Full refund minus £150 application fee.
- Between 3 months and 1 month before start date: 50% refund.
- Within 1 month of start date: No refund.
- The registration booking fee is non-refundable.
- For Groups:
- Up to 3 months before start date: 90% refund minus £150 application fee.
- Between 3 months and 1 month before start date: 50% refund.
- Within 1 month of start date: No refund.
- The registration booking fee is non-refundable.
Once the course has started, fees are non-refundable. If a participant fails to attend due to illness or any other reason, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
If a participant is diagnosed with a serious illness or injury and is unable to train, they must leave the programme immediately. Parents will be responsible for arranging immediate departure/repatriation, and Choices International will not be liable for any expenses incurred.
It is highly recommended to obtain cancellation insurance to cover potential repatriation expenses.
Refunds
- All refunds will be issued only to the original fee payer.
- Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Refunds will be issued within 90 days of cancellation.
Our camp follows a hierarchical structure – the Camp Manager oversees the Residential & Assistant Manager, the Welfare Manager and the Activity Manager. These line managers then oversee the activity leaders who are monitoring the children. The activity leaders provide daily supervision, guidance, and support to all children at all times. They also ensure activities are conducted safely and effectively.
Qualifications are appropriate to the role of each member of staff. Our teaching staff are all highly qualified and are ESOL accredited to the level required for each position. Our activity leaders are experienced, and all come from sporting backgrounds or are currently studying sports-associated degrees at university. They are trained in Safeguarding, Prevent, and, where appropriate, First Aid. All managerial staff are trained to a degree level or higher.

Staff training is carried out internally, and we hold a training course annually before camp starts to either train new staff or do a refresher training course with returning staff. This training covers all areas associated with the camp operations, welfare, excursions and activities.
Our team is made up of male and female staff members in order to support both boys and girls appropriately.
We have an extensive safeguarding policy in place, which covers all areas of the camp to ensure staff and children are always in a safe and controlled environment. We have detailed risk assessments in place to anticipate any potential risks that may arise during any activity or excursion and consequently have a reaction plan in place to deal with these eventualities. Children are always supervised by staff and accounted for at all times.
Mobile phones are only permitted for 1 hour each evening to contact parents. The rest of the time, they are stored safely by our staff at the residence.
