概要
Moiwa Leadership Bootcamp is a one-of-a-kind seasonal program designed to nurture tomorrow’s changemakers. Hosted in Niseko, Japan—one of the world’s most beautiful destinations—our camp blends entrepreneurship education, leadership development, and outdoor adventure in a safe and supportive environment.
Campers dive into innovation and problem-solving workshops, pitch their own startup ideas, and collaborate with peers from around the world. Beyond academics, they enjoy hiking, cultural experiences, team challenges, and sports surrounded by Hokkaido’s natural beauty.
With expert mentors from the academia and innovation sector, international staff, and small group sizes, every camper receives personalized guidance. The program equips youth not only with skills for the future but also with lifelong friendships and confidence to lead.

•Mornings: Outdoor adventure (skiing in winter and spring, hiking/cycling/ zip-line etc. in summer)
-午後アントレプレナーシップ＆イノベーションラボ（問題解決、ビジネスデザイン、技術プロジェクト）
-夕方：文化に浸るワークショップとチーム・リフレクション
-最終日ピッチコンテスト - 学生が仲間、メンター、招待客を前にプロジェクトを発表する。

各キャンパー・グループには専属の指導者とアクティビティ・リーダーがつきます。プログラム・ディレクターは学業とアクティビティを監督し、レジデンシャル・スタッフは昼夜を通して安全と福利を確保します。
私たちのチームには経験豊かな教育者、青少年指導者、野外活動指導者がいます。スタッフは、指導力、リーダーシップ、異文化コミュニケーション能力によって選ばれます。主なインストラクターは、博士号または修士号を持ち、青少年育成に長期的に携わった経験を持ち、プロのアウトドア・インストラクターです。
はい。すべてのスタッフは、採用前に推薦状チェック、面接、犯罪歴調査を受けます。
スタッフはキャンプ前のトレーニングに参加し、応急手当、子どもの安全、緊急時の対応、文化的な感受性、プログラムの提供などを学びます。キャンプ中は、継続的な能力開発とフィードバックが行われます。
