To pay your deposit please complete and return this booking form to us and we will contact you to secure the relevant deposit. All cancellations must be advised to DR in writing. Full fees are payable in respect of any cancellations received within 4 weeks of the commencement date of the camp. DR will return the balance of fees paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit) for cancellations received prior to 4 weeks before the commencement date of the camp. DR reserves the right to alter the terms relating to the booking, provided that such alteration does not (in DR’s reasonable opinion) materially and adversely affect the booking. DR reserves the right, without liability, to amend the transport arrangements and/or activity programme according to the weather, satisfactory numbers and schedule requirements and for any other reason deemed fit by DR (acting reasonably). DR reserves the right to increase prices and / or change camp dates. Any such increases / changes will be notified to you in advance and you will have the opportunity to refuse. Where you refuse the DR will return any monies paid by you. This is the only circumstance in which your deposit will be refundable.

At Delphi Resort the safety and wellbeing of our clients is paramount. With this in
mind, we have established a mobile device policy for students visiting the centre
for both security and child protection reasons. All mobile devices including phones,
tablets, games consoles, e-readers and other electronic devices are covered by this
mobile device policy.
By setting explicit and acceptable mobile user standards, this mobile device policy
seeks to both facilitate users’ enjoyment of their stay at Delphi Resort and give them
the ability to use their devices in a safe and appropriate manner.
Mobile or smart phones are known to pose the greatest risk when it comes to their
photographic and video features. These are most prone to abuse, mostly through
exploitation, bullying and the collection and dissemination of offensive
photographs and videos.
We acknowledge that most children live with smartphones daily and that these
devices can be a big part of making students feel comfortable, protected, and
connected. However, we also acknowledge that mobile phones’ camera features
can be abused, particularly when children are in changing rooms or the residential
setting of the Wild Atlantic Hostel.
When children are visiting Delphi Resort on a day trip with schools, youth clubs,
sports teams or summer camp, mobile devices are not permitted throughout the
day trip.
Before groups arrive at Delphi Resort, teachers, group leaders and parents are
responsible for removing mobile devices from the possession of participating
children. We will offer secure mobile device storage in the Wild Atlantic Hostel until
a group’s departure. Teachers and group leaders will be provided with access to this

storage as is required. We advise teachers, group leaders and parents to discourage
children from bringing mobile devices on day trips. We will do everything in our
power to keep these devices in safe storage however Delphi Resort does not accept
liability for any unintentional loss or damage to a mobile device brought to the
resort.
For residential stays mobile devices are permitted. However, they are only allowed
to be used by children during down time at 1pm-2pm and 530pm-7pm. Teachers,
when on site, will be responsible for distributing and gathering the devices. Devices
will not be permitted to be kept overnight in the Wild Atlantic Hostel or whilst
camping during summer camps. The only exception to this will be for medical or
essential reasons which must be arranged in advance.
It is important to note WIFI is not available for any youth groups and service
coverage in the Delphi valley is very minimal.
Parents should ring the hotel where they need to contact their child or in
emergency circumstances.
Delphi Resort reserves the right to change this policy at any time without prior
notice.
