Supervision is structured to ensure every child is constantly supported throughout their entire stay (24/7 supervision). This includes dedicated academic oversight on campus, a supportive network of friendly monitors during daily activities (Monday to Friday), and careful coordination with host families or residence supervisors during the evenings and weekends.

Yes. To maintain a completely safe, caring, and supportive environment where campers can thrive, BLI strictly screens all staff members, instructors, and monitors. Additionally, each host family in our homestay program is thoroughly vetted and carefully selected to ensure they provide a secure and welcoming home.
Our instructors and monitors are trained to deliver a highly engaging, communicative-based curriculum specifically designed for teenagers. The team is fully prepared to handle group dynamics, manage daily schedules, provide constant encouragement, and ensure the well-being and security of all international students at all times.
As a global language immersion program, we welcome students from all around the world. Our friendly monitors and instructors actively foster an inclusive, supportive, and vibrant multicultural community. We encourage collaboration through daily team projects, helping students from different backgrounds build lasting global friendships and practice English or French in a respectful setting.
We maintain clear safety protocols centered on our 24/7 supervision policy. Our code of conduct promotes respect, active participation, and responsibility. For safety, classes are kept small (maximum of 18 students per class) to ensure personalized attention, and all transit and outdoor activities are fully supervised. Furthermore, the program includes a custodianship letter and an unaccompanied minor service to ensure safety from arrival to departure.
Our curriculum is highly interactive, centering on communication, active immersion, and collaboration. Students take English or French classes in the morning and work in teams to create and present projects in the afternoon (focused on weekly themes like Art, Tech, Science, or Sports). To maximize learning, engagement, and face-to-face socialization with international peers, phone usage is restricted during active class time and scheduled project workshops.

The nearest airport to BLI Language School is YUL. Airport pickup is available upon request. Airport pickup and drop-off services are fully included in the total cost of the camp. For your peace of mind, everything is taken care of to ensure your child’s safe, comfortable, and hassle-free arrival and departure.
My experience at BLI was great. I studied English and French and I learned a lot. All the teachers I had were really caring and helped Me every time I had questions. Special thanks to Sara and Yhania for always being supportive. I would definitely recommend.
At first, I was debating whether to come to Montreal to study because the place is mostly French and not just English. But now I can say that coming to Canada for two months without a doubt was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. The school is excellent, the teachers are great. You can really see that teachers care about your success, trying to teach you things beyond what you need to learn and I really felt at home in school. I got to know people from all over the world and experience different cultures. Highly recommend the school, I enjoyed so much and learned a lot !!! I must also thank Danning for helping me through the entire process from the moment I got physically to see the school to my last day at school – helping me with everything, being very patient and caring and making sure all my questions received full answers. Thank you, Danning, for making this process so much simpler. I was a little worried about coming all alone for 2 months, but Danning, the team of teachers and the students who studied with me relieved all my worries from the first day. I studied in BLI Montreal for 3 months and I improved my English a lot. The teachers are fantastic, super friendly and do everything to help you. The classes are interactive and they are never boring. I met many people from different countries and I was able to visit many places in Montreal in Canada. The activities after school are so much fun. I want to come back to BLI. Thank you to all the team for this great experience
