Camp Cody

Our 2-week sessions are priced at $5,400 per camper, while our 4-week sessions are $9,700 per camper. Camp Cody’s tuition includes all activities, programs, and daily experiences, ensuring a full and enriching summer. The only additional costs apply to private tutoring, transportation services, or elective add-ons such as horseback riding, scuba diving, and other sports instruction.

The $750 deposit and the $750 Winter Payment are non-refundable after January 31st. Cancelations after January 31st are subject to a $300 administrative cancelation fee. Camp Cody reserves the right to cancel acknowledged placements if accounts are not paid in full by May 1st. Tuition is non-refundable after May 1st.

Medication Management & Wellness SupportAll medications are securely stored and dispensed by our medical team at designated times.Campers with allergies, asthma, or other medical needs receive personalized care.We accommodate dietary restrictions and special diets, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options. Camper Supervision & SecurityEach cabin is supervised by 3-5 trained counselors who provide round-the-clock care and support.Staff are certified in CPR and First Aid to handle any emergencies.Camp Cody is a vehicle-free zone, with limited access to ensure camper safety.Leadership staff conduct regular site walkthroughs to maintain a secure and well-supervised environment. Water Safety & Emergency PreparednessAll lifeguards are certified and present at the waterfront during all lake activities.Campers wear life jackets during water-based activities such as canoeing, paddleboarding, and sailing.Fire drills, safety training, and emergency protocols are practiced to keep campers and staff prepared.

Cabin Counselors (Direct Camper Supervision)Each cabin has 3-5 trained counselors who live with and supervise campers 24/7.Counselors ensure that campers are safe, engaged, and supported, providing guidance, encouragement, and structure throughout the day.They lead campers through daily activities, help with cabin routines, and foster a positive, inclusive bunk environment. Activity Instructors & SpecialistsCertified instructors lead activities such as watersports, athletics, creative arts, and adventure programs to ensure skill development and fun.Many specialists hold professional certifications in their fields, including lifeguards, sports coaches, and outdoor adventure guides.
