Secondo la legge italiana, i clienti che si sono iscritti a un corso/scuola/laboratorio hanno il diritto di cancellare la propria prenotazione entro 14 giorni dall'iscrizione senza fornire alcuna motivazione. Se la cancellazione viene effettuata entro questo termine, verrà effettuato un rimborso completo. Dopo questo periodo, le cancellazioni saranno soggette ai termini e alle condizioni indicati nel contratto di servizio. Si prega di notare che alcuni servizi possono avere politiche di cancellazione e spese specifiche che sono descritte nel contratto. Se desiderate cancellare una prenotazione, contattateci all'indirizzo e-mail o al numero di telefono fornito al momento dell'iscrizione e saremo lieti di assistervi nella procedura di cancellazione.

Participants are required to comply with the co-responsibility pact viewed by their parents (or holder of parental responsibility). GENERAL BEHAVIOR RULES: – Participants must behave with respect and tolerance towards everyone. – It is forbidden to leave lessons or any activity without first informing the educator or the teacher in charge at that moment. – Insults, intimidation, aggressive or violent behavior are prohibited. – Participants are required to respect the personal space and privacy of others. – Participants are encouraged to actively engage in the activities proposed by the H-FARM Summer Academy staff. – Acts of vandalism, theft, and the possession or use of weapons, cigarettes (including e-cigarettes), alcohol, and drugs are not allowed. – It is forbidden to damage smoke detectors or fire doors. – It is forbidden to damage or misuse facilities, furniture, and devices provided for the activities (edutech kits, computers, tablets). – It is forbidden to use motorized vehicles (scooters, e-bikes, golf carts) during the activity hours on Campus. – Access to the internet is primarily allowed for educational and instructional purposes through the devices provided by H-FARM International School.

To make participants’ experience as social and positive as possible, electronic devices are stored by the H-FARM Summer Academy staff during specific time slots based on participants’ age. The use of personal electronic devices without any limitation is only permitted in cases of documented medical necessity. Charging of devices will be done during daily activities or at night, depending on the needs.Participants from 5 to 14 y.o. may use personal electronic devices (computers, cell phones, tablets, game consoles, etc.) during the following time slots: from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM and from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM (residential schedule). Participants from 15 to 19 y.o. can always use computers, mobile phones, and other personal electronic devices (tablets, game consoles, etc.): outside of educational activities, specifically every day from 4:30 PM until 9:00 AM of the following day (residential schedule). During the off-campus trip, devices may be used by anyone from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM.Any inappropriate or unsuitable use of electronic devices by the participant will be promptly communicated to the parents via email. Responsibility for any loss and/or damage to personal devices cannot be attributed to the H-FARM Summer Academy staff.
