Cancellations or No-ShowsIn the event that the Client decides to cancel the contracted program, this must notify in writing. The Client will be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid according to the following conditions:Cancellations more than 45 days before the start date of the contracted program: the Village will refund the Client all amounts paid.Cancellations between 45 and 20 days before the start of the program: the Village will refund the Client all amounts paid, deducting €300 for management fees.Cancellations 19 days or less before the start of the program, failure to show up on the departure day, or early return of the participant for any reason: the Village will not refund any amount to the Client.For calculating the days of cancellation relative to the departure date, the date of receipt of the cancellation notice by the organization of the Village will be taken into account.

Our team is composed of international coaches, head coaches, and supervisors, with a ratio of 1 coach for every 5 participants. Additionally, our management team and the rest of the staff are present throughout the camp to facilitate communication with families and ensure the smooth operation of the program

Our staff must have prior experience working with children, as we believe it is essential for creating a positive and supportive learning environment. For our academies, we specifically select players or professional coaches who are federated, as they bring both technical expertise and a deep understanding of how to engage and motivate young athletes. In addition to their experience, we also highly value qualifications in areas such as leisure management, child development, and first aid, as these skills ensure the safety, well-being, and overall enjoyment of the children in our programs

It is an essential requirement to be part of our team. We personally take care of requesting it from the authorities in both our country and their countries of origin.

At the Village, we recognize that the quality of our staff directly impacts the experience of our campers. That’s why we are committed to comprehensive staff training and ongoing professional development. Before camp begins we run an online training on safety protocols, emergency procedures, child development, effective communication, and how to create an inclusive environment. Once all the coaches are in our facilities two days before the camp starts, we provide on-site instructions about the daily routine, activities, codes of conduct, etcBy investing in our staff’s training and professional development, we ensure that they are well-equipped to provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for your children

We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all campers. To achieve this, we have established a comprehensive code of conduct and safety protocols that everyone is expected to follow: We encourage respect, inclusion and good behaviour. Bullying, harassment or any other form of discrimination will not be tolerated.Campers are supervised at all times by our trained staff, ensuring a safe environment during activities and free time and our 24-hour medical service is always available for any health concerns.

Mobile phones are not allowed at the camp. Our staff keeps them in a safe place, and campers can call home at scheduled times every 3 to 4 days using their own phones or those of the organization.
